Nishio Rent-All, a comprehensive rental company specializing in construction machinery and event materials, has built a research and development facility in Sakishima, Osaka to conduct technological development and demonstration experiments that will advance sharing solutions in preparation for the 2025 Osaka-Kansai Expo.
The lobby, which serves as the facility's reception desk, was unmanned and only had a reception system. Therefore, we proposed and developed a "digital attendant." After greeting customers at the monitor at the entrance, the digital attendant guides them directly to a large monitor introducing Nishio Rent-All's four businesses and explains their initiatives. This has created a lobby that also functions as a showroom.
