JUNOPARK
2025 Kyoto Prefecture
Juno Park, which opened in Kizugawa City, Kyoto Prefecture, is a project that renovated Sekisui House's experiential research facility, Nattoku Kobo, into a residential education and entertainment facility that cultivates children's sensibilities.

The facility consists of four floors, with a cafe and library on the first floor that local residents can use casually. Floors two through four are experience areas that require a fee, creating a facility where learning and play are continuous. By fusing "education" and "entertainment," we have developed content and spatial design that allows upper elementary school children to think about housing and lifestyles while having fun.

We also aim to treat content and space as a whole, improving the quality of the experience and maximizing the experiential value of the entire facility.
