Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are going through days where we are unable to meet the people we want to see. It is precisely in these circumstances that this prototype proposes a new normal dining experience, where the immersive feeling created by the fusion of real and digital eliminates the sense of discomfort associated with physical distance and allows people to dine as if they were together, even if they are in different locations, something that cannot be achieved through online tools.
This project, which was brought to fruition through collaboration between NTT Docomo's R&D team and CIC's open innovation team NOMLAB, proposes the nature of experiences for a new era.
