Hitachi Origin Park is a facility that serves as the new origin for Hitachi, Ltd., and consists of the Kodaira Memorial Hall, the Sogyogoya Hut, the Omika Club, and the Omika Golf Club. In particular, the Odaira Memorial Hall is a future-oriented memorial hall that aims to increase engagement between employees and visitors, and features exhibits that allow local residents to learn about the aspirations of the company's founder, Namihei Odaira, and the company's history of continuing to take on the challenges of resolving social issues.
As a place for people to think together about social issues, we set up an interactive theater, where people could look back on the exhibition theme and think about the future. In the restored founding hut, the environment of the actual machines is recreated with the addition of recorded footage and surround sound, creating a realistic experience that will leave visitors feeling the spirit of the company's founding.
