"JRE MALL Cafe" is the first of a series of experiential showroom stores where customers can actually "see, touch, and taste" the products sold on "JRE MALL," the e-commerce site operated by East Japan Railway Company. The shop, which also has a cafe attached, introduces gifts received in return for hometown tax donations and products that support a fulfilling life.
Customers can view detailed product information on a tablet or by scanning the QR code next to the product, and can then proceed to purchase from the website on the spot. In addition, we also offer a "Connect Door" that allows you to make video calls with producers, and workshops with two-way communication in the "Communication Theater." Our company was in charge of planning, design, VI, planning, construction, content planning/production, and system development.
