CIC NOTE
I manage the production of graphics such as explanatory panels at cultural facilities.
I recently bought a record player. My old record player broke, and it's been over 20 years, but I'm finally able to listen to my records again. Since my record player and CD player both broke, I've been listening to music on my PC or through a subscription service, but physical music is great.
Apparently, postboxes are being phased out in Denmark, and mail delivery will be handled by private companies. I rarely send postcards or letters anymore, but I feel a sense of loneliness when I remember the joy I felt when I received airmail from a pen pal, and the smell I got when I opened it (it smelled the same as an imported record).
